The large backyard is perfect for grilling and chilling with multiple picnic tables and a nice permanent gazebo for your outdoor dining needs. Also our owners provide beach chairs, beach wagon, cornhole game and even fishing poles. $1000.00 refundable security deposit for all rentals. $300.00 cleaning charge added to all rentals.
