Every possible detail has been covered with this beautiful property including 10 beach badges, use of 3 beach bikes, off street parking for 2 cars and a private master suite on the 3rd floor to name a few. The large backyard is perfect for grilling and chilling with multiple picnic tables and a nice permanent gazebo for your outdoor dining needs. Also our owners provide beach chairs, beach wagon, cornhole game and even fishing poles. $1000.00 refundable security deposit for all rentals. $300.00 cleaning charge added to all rentals.
